In Pardot's email sending options, we want certain emails to send from the Prospect's account owners. According to the guides online, if the Account Owner field is populated in SF, it should work with no problems.
As you can see, our Account Owner field is populated. In there, more information is available, e.g. email.
Does anyone know why Pardot won't send from the Account Owners correctly?
