I know that a lot of us use Salesforce out of the box, but is there a website that showcases platforms of those who developed amazing looking visual force pages with nice designs and efficient features?

I enjoy graphic design, and also like to minimalize our current platform. I need some ideas, and would love to see what other folks have done.
