query that shows me the emails sent to an individual email address across a certain time period?

Our member support deparment reached out to me asking if i could look up all the emails sent to one specific individual (they supplied his first and last name and email) from the past 3 months.

ive looked through all of the reports options and none fulfill this need. i tried looking into building a query and ran into a wall.

is there a way to actuall do this?
