All the Account stuff comes through perfectly, but the case stuff is refusing to co-operate...
There's a mix of standard & custom fields:
«Account_FirstName» «Account_LastName» «Account_PersonMailingAddress»
«Account_PersonMailingCity» «Account_PersonMailingPostalCode» «Account_Phone» «Account_PersonMobilePhone» «Account_PersonEmail» «Account_Disability» «Account_Ethnicity» «Account_Ethnicity_Detail» «Account_Gender» «Account_PersonBirthdate» «Account_GPPractice» «Case_CreatedDate» «Case_CreatedBy» «Case_Origin» «Case_HowDidYouHear» «Case_Subject» «Case_Description»
We use mail merge quite a bit & I've had a look at other templates, but can't actually find any that are pulling case fields out - I assume it is possible?
Internally, we refer to cases as 'interactions' but behind the scenes they are still named as cases.
Anyone got any bright ideas??
Thanks

Hey, Liz!
Awesome -- it sounds like you should have access, but can you confirm? Having verification that this isn't the problem will let me consider some additional options.
