is there a way to see the text of all the email templates, without having to open each one individually?
I need to find a specific one, but no-one know what its called! There are loads, so I thought it'd be quicker to view them all at once...
Or, can you tell the template name, from seeing the email on the case?

Hi Liz,
If you use the Workbench and you can select the SOQL Query option from the Queries menu and then run a SOQL on the EmailTemplate object.
