i have a lightning record page create on CPQ quote object and in highlights panel i have added some actions which are there as a part of CPQ managed package like edit lines .
now when i am deploying the page using change set i am getting below error
Component [force:highlightsPanel] attribute [actionNames]: We couldn't validate Custom Action EditLines
In my higher org this button is already present and hence not sure why its not geting deployed
