Editing Picklists

Question

Greetings. I am an Administrator of our SF install and I'm trying to edit a picklist. I go into Custom, Fields, and I pick Lead Source and it's a picklist field, but I don't have an option to edit anything. See attached. I looked through the help notes. It simply is not an option for me.  I'm guessing it should be there for me to click on and edit - but as you see, there isn't that option. I'm quite confident I have the access rights to do it. I just created some custom fields, so I doubt it's that. Thanks.

Go to setup->Lead Object->Fields:

You will get below screen,see instrutcions in red:

Once cliccked on the field below screen will appear,just go tpicklist values secttion,you will have option to delete/edit exisitng picklist values,and Add,Reorder,Replace Picklist values
