Is there a way to Sort the Console Tab with various sub-criteria/level?

Looking to use the Console Tab for Telemarketing, but need to breakdown/sort the table to sub-level catagories.  Sort by Type, ZIp Code, and Employee Size...so I can organize my "windshield time".
