Report: Accounts with Activities AND Opportunities

Question

I'm trying to build a report that shows all Accounts with a specific Activities based on subject name. Then I want this report to show me of that set of Accounts, which have Opportunities. I thought a Custom Report Type of Accounts with Activties with Opportunities would work, but that's impossible. Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid exporting to Excel.

Hi Sati,   What if you created a  Rollup Summary  field on the Account to  COUNT  the Number of Opportunities and then in the same Accounts w/ Activities report, you can add this new RUS field as a Filter Criteria(say RUS Field greater than 0).   That way you have the Account that atleast ONE Opportunity and Activities.
