Yesterday I exported and imported back all contacts to Salesforce to update a new field that I created.
It worked fine, however, I noticed today that all the letters with fadas were replaced by an underline (_).
I am wondering if there is a way to undo that mass update or if there is any possible work around.

Hi Douglas,
We cannot revert back once data is updated or inserted. It is best practice to take backup of data before any mass updates. You can generate a report to find new records got inserted and delete.
