If a case is closed and a customer responds to it a Process Builder creates a new case. I have a Process Builder which runs on a case whenever it is created or edited however it does not run when the case is created by another Process Builder. Once the case is edited then the Process Builder kicks in and makes the field updates. How do I get the second Process Builder to run on the case created by a Process Bulder? Thanks!
In the first step of the Process where you indicate to use the Case Object, expand the option for "> Advanced" and check "Yes". This will allow your process to kick off if it needs to be triggered by another process.
