Example Partner Communities w/ Self-Reporting Component

I am seeking examples of Partner Communities where self-reporting is component.

There is some urgency for an example to show a potentially large customer Service Cloud Communities capabilities. Trailblazer sample is fine.

We are a Service Cloud house, and just getting started with planning our community.
