I've created Two Record Types but how do I Decide which record type is assigned to which Queue?

I understand the whole profile record type assignment but that isn't my issue. I have two different style leads that are being sent to two different Queues. I've created a "Leads" Record Type and an "Idea" Record type. For some reason my Lead Queue is getting the "Idea" Record type and visa versa. How do I fix this?

    You can write a Workflow Rule to detect that the Owner is that Queue and then set the Record Type in a Field Update.
