Process Builder to update a rich text field with a formula containing an email signature

Hi I am using process builder for the first time to replace many workflow rules. The process should update a field, that in turn updates an email template when sending out an automated email. When I test the email instead of showing the signature it shows the name of field. What am I doing wrong?Process Builder to update a rich text field with a formula containing an email signature

    Thanks Jeff - But the information is not stored in a field, it's saved in that formula. What you see in the text box above should be displayed in the email. It works fine when using a workflow rule and the formula above, just not with process builder. Any ideas?
