The support I need from the community is in terms of ideas & creativity around user adoption for those who are migrating from Classic to Lightning!

I would suggest training the more tech-savvy users first as a pilot training program and make these newly trained power users to train others and show them the benefits of lightning. In addition, I would suggest doing "Tip of the day" emails where you show a great feature that is available in Lightning but not in Classic.
