PersonAccount inline editing is blocked

We have Person Accounts enabled, inline editing and enhanced list views all enabled.  The filter criteria used is Is Person Account/equals/True and then we use the Account Status as a filter.  I cleared the filter criteria.  I am the Admin and cannot change any custom field in inline editing of the list view.  Any other suggestions?

    Hi Aileen,

     

    In order to use inline editing in a List View you must also set the Record Type in the List View criteria, which can only be a single record type. Kind of a crazy requirement I know, but inline editing in List Views is very sensitive for some reason.

     

    Also, if there is any sort of Filter Logic this also disables the ability to inline edit in List Views.
