e would like to be able to create a solution in our customer community in which our customers/users do the following -
Hi, I'm looking to implement an embedded screen capture tool for our community portal. Workflow would look like the following :
1. Login to the Salesforce community
2. Open a case
3. In the case creation screen, submitter click on a customized button which opens a screen capture tool
4. The screen capture recording can be hosted by SW solution or us.
5. The salesforce case contains a referenced link with captured video.
