Auto-forward leads - out of office

Is there a way to Auto-forward leads when a user is out of the office / on vacation? Our sales people would like to designate another salesperson to cover for them when they are away.  Using Lightning, Professional edition.

    Decided on this hack:

     

    We have one primary Lead triage User.  When she goes on vacation/PTO, we will implement the following...

    • Change default lead owner (Vacationer) to Back-up Triage User
    • Mass change owner of (Vacationer's) Leads to Back-up Triage User
    • Reverse the process when she returns.

    This is not an ideal solution, but it works for now.  Any other ideas are welcome.
