This specific issue pertains to a custom app that I built. It works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile I lack the "+ New Contact" that is available on my Lookup Relationship Field for Contact. For mobile, specific Mobile and Lightning Actions will not show on the quick action bar. The quick action bar shows Submit For Approval, Edit, Delete, New Task, and other actions that I chose, but it will not show New Contact (NEEDED) or New Account (TRIED FOR TEST PURPOSES) when I place it there via the Page Layout. When I try to create a New Action on the custom object, my Target Object is limited to Event, Note, or Task. I imagine I lack some means of relating my custom object to the action that I want - Contact, but I'm not sure where I've went wrong. Thanks much for any help.

Priyanka, thanks again for taking the time to respond to both of my questions. I'm having trouble pulling up your link, but I was able to work around my issue by enabling Mobile Smart Actions via Page Layouts > Mobile Lightning Actions. Thanks again!
