Hi Debbie, It sounds like you're referring to a custom App or Process that was built or installed on your SFDC org. The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Success and Answers are customer communities, the members are fellow SFDC users, Admins, Developers, Partners, etc (we can't "see" inside your SFDC org). We don't work for SFDC or have any access to your SFDC org, or any of the custom Processes, Apps, Objects, Tabs, fields, etc that you've built or installed on it. So you need to provide as much detailed information as possible for us to help you.
