Two Order Objects

I have a problem where I seem to have two "Order" objects in my development platform. The first one has a Credit Card Icon and I can create it from the Order Tab. If I create an Order from an Account however, I get a different layout and icon (bell). This second Order (bell icon create through an Account) matches with any layout changes I make under "Setup" -> "Order" and customize Order Layout. Any ideas what this Credit Card Order is? I can't seem to modify it, yet it is the only one I can pin as a tab at the top.

    Hi Jeff,

     

    Thanks for your quick reply. Ok it looks like a colleague created the random "Credit Card" Order object over a year ago. So this is the one I need to get rid of - however it is the only Order object I can add to the Tab at the top. Sorry for the beginner/basic questions, but one final one - how do I add the native Order Object to the Tab and remove the customized one?
