Can you post visualforce page content to a regular web site page for form submission to a specific object?

Question

My client is using Group Edition which does not have Force.com sites feature. I have created a custom object which is basically an application form, it has a Master/Detail relationship with Account object and appears as a related list on the Account object.

We would like to have the application available as a web form that clients can complete and submit online which will then create a record in the custom object for the related Account record.

Our thinking was we would send the contact an email with a link to the site and they would click on the link and populate the form, submit and it would craete the record inSalesforce attached to the related Account. ANy help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

VF pages are not publicly available, so no dice there. Check out Form Assembly, as it should work with Group Edition, at least it says it works with Group Edition.
