I need to connect a Marketing Cloud journey to WhatsApp for marketing/promotional communications. Is this possible, either with a standard integration or by using "custom" methods/objects?
Hi Tara, so live message is service cloud, you can map records with sync into MC. But in MC a side of email channel today you have push notifications and sms, both to be provided by salesforce agreement.
