I have checked the "overwrite existing data" on the Import wizard, but it's NOT overwriting. How can I make this happen?

We have the basic group edition.  I just downloaded and ran the same excercise with Salesforce DataLoader and I did not overwrite the data either.

    We have the same problem but with Professional  - Nothing overwritten
