The native Quotas and Forecasts are too limited for our reporting needs and the integration partners we've talked to have all said we need something custom built.
Any ideas from the community on the best way to approach this?

Hey Jeff - just curious how much you've looked through the App Exchange so far for forecasting (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/results?keywords=forecast) and quota-related (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/results?keywords=quotas) apps. While I do think to get it exactly as you want it will require some custom solution, we may be able to get it pretty close by starting with an App and tweaking a little. I've been looking through the listings and have found a few interesting candidates to show you.
