Validation Rule - Once Picklist Option is choosen they cannot change back to that Option

Picklist options

 

Accounting

 

Legal

 

Management

 

COO Approval

 

When user picks Accounting they cannot go back and change it.  I attempted to add process builder rule which check boxes behind the scenes but keep getting flow error

    Sorry I realized my workflow abpve wasnt clear

     

    This is your rule criteria

     

     

    AND(
         ISCHANGED(Picklist__c),
         ISPICKVAL(Picklist__c, "Accounting"),
    ​     Accounting_Checkbox__c = False
    )

     

    But then you need an immediate workflow field update to set your Accounting_Checkbox__c to true.
