We're about to roll out opportunities for our online retail company and I am hoping there's a way to create a new contact and an opportunity at the same time instead of having a multi-step process.
Thanks, but we were really hoping to not use Leads and keep it as simple as possible for our phone reps. Is there any way to enter a new contact in from a new opportunity?
