I'm planning to transfer all my contact data from Now Contacts into Salesforce Contact Manager. It looks like I have to create a custom field under Setup|Customize|Contact|Fields for my keywords to transfer over properly. (I use them to search and sort data when doing promotional mailings.) Do I need to transfer keywords at the same time I download all my data or can I import them at a later date? If I do it at the same time that I download all my data, does the import wizard guide me throught the steps? Thanks!

Thanks, Susan. Can you tell me where I can learn more about pick lists? I've never used one before. I tried doing a search, but I didn't find much.
