Sales force Chatter REST API synchrosnisation needed with SharePoint Micro blog. How to do?

Hi,

I am Dileep (SharePoint Developer), recently our business come up with the requirement to integrate our salesforce.com account

chatter with existing SharePoint 2013 portal Micro Blog.

So I have gone through the REST API regarding getting and post feed-Items, comments, likes etc.

But in order to synchronise with the current SharePoint user posts from Micro Blog with the Chatter API,

need user accounts to be impersonated with one account so that can create any users feed-items at batch process,

but in chatter API says feed-Items can be created by the logged in userId or with the phrase 'me'.

Is there any way I can post feed-Items on behalf of the users?

As this requires elevated privilege account that can create the feed-items on behalf of the users,

Please suggest how to make better synchronisation between the two applications?
