Schedule Email Reports - Customize Format

Question

Is it at all posible to customise the look and feel of the Opportunity reports which get emailed out on a schedule.

I would like to use small text, different colours and possibly inser the corporate logo. Make the reports lokk more presentable to the managers/directors, who use this data.

Is there currently a function, or does this need to be done via Visualforce or something similar.
