Import Leads in the Lead Tab

When i import leads by the 'import Lead' link in the lead Tab for some reason i cant import due to lack of campaign value but the wizard doesn't show me this field...

 

also i'm updating lead source on the first screen and he send me an error that lead source is missing

 

can someone help me ?

    Can you post a screenshot of the errors that you are getting about Lead source?

     

    To associate the uploaded lead to a campaign you have option to upload leads from Campaign page:
