i am the a System Admin
Creating Dashboards that we want to be made visible to our users but we don't want out CEO's
log on info to be displayed - Is there a way to make that NOT visible?

Which report type are you creating? Post a screenshot?
Depending, you can use filter criteria and/or adjust the field accessibility.
