we're experiencing an issue when trying to 'generate order' from a quote.
The flow we have set-up is quote approved, generate order form, send via docusign & once this is complete and status updates to 'signed' the 'generate order' button becomes available,however, this is not happening.
Everything looks fine with docusign status and its linked to the quote correctly.
Any idea's?

Thanks Jeff, that sound like this issue. How do I change the record type - I know what it should be just not sure how do do this. Thanks
