Export to Excel replaces hyphens with question mark

Hi,

 

I noticed when copy dash from MS word, the dash will be longer and when someone paste the text into the field, when export to either .csv or .xls, the dash will become question mark. I believe it may be due to encoding. Is there a way to fix this when doing export rpt?

    Which encoding are you using?  Try using: Unicode UTF-8
