We've created a custom case feed filter named Test IA. We've added this to the relevant page layout for the record type, however, it doesn't display for any profile other than internal admins. Below is what we've done so far:
- Create the custom case feed filter
- We've added the filter in page layouts > feed view > Feed Filter Options
- Confirmed we've added it to the relevant page layout
Is there anything that you can think of that we may be missing?
