The Account field is not necessary for our organizations' contacts, as most are individuals.  How can I remove Accounts as a required field in adding new contacts?

    Hi Thomas, if you do this the contacts without an account will be visible to only the account owner as they are deemed "Private".  I suggest you create a bucket account called "Individual" and assign these contacts to the individual account instead.
