Makeing an opportunity, how can I set the default in the "Opportunity Hierarchy"

When making an opoprtunity, in the Opportunity Hierarchy section, I would like to set the first field "Division 1" to a different option than the one that automatically displays. Any solutions?

    Did you create the Opp Hierarchy using custom field like a lookup field to the Opp? Is it a related list on the opp object?

     

    Can you please post a snapshot?
