I have a quick question, and was hoping to get some guidance. When our Salesforce was set up (before my time), the consultant set it up so that every contact (person) is their own organization. So under “System Administration”, the Organization Name is John Smith, Jane Smith, etc. I would assume that Organization Name should be where the contact is currently. So if John Smith works for CVS Caremark, the Organization Name should be CVS Caremark, right?

It looks like PersonAccounts hav not been activated in your org (they are not enabled by default). Submit a Case with Salesforce to have them enabled.
