Cloned case can't be found in search results for other users

Hi there. I cloned two cases and I can find them by searching for their case numbers or other information but other users with the same level of access cannot. I've assigned an assignment to a user from each of the cloned cases and that's the only way the user can find the cases. I asked the user to edit the cases, save them, and try searching again but to no avail.

 

Any recommendations?

    I just figured it out. Part of the problem was like you mentioned that I became the owner of the record. I logged in as the other users and saw that they were limiting their search results by records they own. Thanks for your help!
