I would like to determine how many 'Quality Connections' we have on our activities (calls and emails). We have a custom field on the activity layout named 'Quality Connect' that the inside sales person chooses if they have had a conversation or reply to an email sent to a lead. I would like to show a weekly report that gives me a percentage named 'Connect Rate' that takes total number of activities divided by the quality connects. I'm just not sure how to write this. Also, would it be a hidden field on the activity layout or would I create this formula field at the report level?

Thanks for this. The value of 'Quality Connect' is actually a value in an activity picklist named sub-type. Also, I want to show the connect rate per individual. Can you show me how I would write this as a picklist value? Thanks!
