I am trying to create a user record using Process builder which is working fine,
what I am trying to figure out is, how to send the "Generate new password and notify the user immediately" email via process builder

Hi Jaya,
Are you trying to build self registration for community user ? If yes I would say put all the logic in apex class to create user.
