I have a lost of records,
One field is a picklist Value. And the other is a checkbox.
When more than one record has the same record type and is Default. I want the validation rule to kick in.
I cannot use flow or Workflow rules for various reasons. Is there any way to achive this with just a validaiton rule? Possibly a VLOOKUP?

Ah!. so it only looks and brings back the value of one record. Now i understand why this could not work.
