I am in the process of designing a standard salesforce survey which will be sent via workflow to customers after their case is closed. I understand that the survey needs to be related to a community which is public facing.

Legally I believe we are required to include an opt-out link at the bottom of the email. But I can't figure out if the standard Salesforce survey functionality will allow for an opt-out link which maps back to the contact record.

I also can't figure out if the survey response can be mapped back to a specific contact record, so that we can see which customers have responded to the survey, and which cases got positive responses.

    Hi @Bhavin Patel,

And what about "Salesforce Surveys"? (not "Salesforce Feedback Management").

Opt-out it's a must in Europe, so it's a feature that should be considered.
