Is is possible to edit the date of a note/attachment?

I have some older notes not directly related to calls that I'd like to have dated correctly, but the related list doesn't seem to be able to do this. Am I correct?

    Hi Gabriel,

     

    You are correct the last modified and created date cannot be modified however as a workaround you could include the date in the name of the file / note.
