Outlook email attachments behaving differently for different users

Two users are both on the same Outlok configuration which allows users to select if they want to add email attachments. However, one user has them attach automatically, the other has to select to add them. Where do I amend this difference?

You may also want to check the user's individual "My Email to Salesforce Settings" config settings to see if they've got this checked off or not...if you have Login rights for the user, you can check it yourself.
