i need a task to also be created, to show that the email was sent. As soon as I try and create a task from within my process, the email doesn't send.
This works fine:
I then add a task creation part:
As soon as I activate this version and amend the record to meet the criteria, no email is received and no task is created.
What have I done to make it stop working, any ideas?
This is turning into a very frustrating Friday!

Thanks for your replies. Workflow would have been easier but unfortunately the value field is updated via workflow and formulas, so the record isn't actually edited as such and workflow doesn't work.
I created the process again from scratch and it works now, so I've no idea what caused the original issues as everything looks the same.
I blame gremlins.
