Cannot add another Forecast Type

Cannot add another Forecast Type. Keep reading javascript:void(0). Have no ability to edit or delete current one either. I have only created 1 out of the 4 possible. Why does this function seem to be down/ broken?

    It works on Firefox! Go figure. No idea why Chrome is acting up, but thank you for the suggestion!
