Hello everyone,

 

i've installed the Salesforce plugin for a colleague with no error or problem. But, The Salesforce tab is not displaying in Outlook, even if the Add-in is enable. When we try to open the plugin by clicking on the icon (in windows), we have those errors (see attachements). We :

 

- reinstalled the plugin

 

- recreated the Outlook profile

 

- we installed all the windows updates

 

- we ran the plugin installer as administrator

 

Do anyone has a clue of what the problem is and how can I resolve it?
