Process Builder Update Child Based on Parent

I have a lookup field on the Account that looks at the Contact for the selection of a Primary Contact. There is also a checkbox field on the Contact called Primary Contact. I'm trying to get the Primary Contact field on the Contact to Update to TRUE when that person is selected as the Primary Contact on the Account. I'm not getting any errors but the update also isn't happening. Here's my criteria:

The [Account.Primary_Contact_ID--c] is a field that updates with the ID when the primary contact is selected.

 

I know I'm missing something simple but I can't figure out what it is. Any suggestions?

    At first blush, It seems like this would be easier to do with a formula on the contact that sets true when the parent account primary contact is set equal to that contact record id.  Did you consider/try that already or is there a reason it needs to be set by PB?
