Are there any Australian users out there that have had a determination on the Privacy Laws coming out in March with Saleforce having overseas data storage?

Hi Shane,
I couldn't find anything on Salesforce either but I spoke to my Salesforce Account Manager and he was able to give me a document about their complaince with Australian Privacy Laws.
